By accessing and creating a creator store on Grotm, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Store Usage & Content Rules

As a creator on Grotm, you are granted a platform to curate and share products provided directly by Grotm. You agree to the following strict guidelines:

• Products listed in your store must strictly originate from Grotm's authorized inventory.
• You must not use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or deceptive activities.
• Adding fraudulent links, malicious code, or engaging in spamming practices is strictly prohibited.

3. Social Media Sharing Policy

You are encouraged to share your Grotm store across social media networks. However, you must link to your authentic, verified social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram). Generating fake clicks, using bot traffic, or misleading users to click your store links will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Account Termination

Grotm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your store immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. This includes attempting to bypass our security, impersonating others, or damaging the reputation of the platform.
